Welcome to Brainfood Academy! We are here to guide you in starting your education success. We are an online private school with grades K-12. Your child will have the ability to learn any subject from our amazing teachers from all over. Learn about our amazing online school here!

Making a school change can be scary. When you take something you’ve always known and make a change, it’s a big deal. You know you need a change in your child’s education, but where to start? You’ve come to the right place. Here, we’ll guide you through Brainfood Academy. These guidelines are in place for all students eligible to use any international curriculum for the U.S.

Join us for our Open House every Wednesday at 8:30 pm EST, 7:30 pm CST, 6:30 pm MST or 5:30 pm PST. Here, you’ll find out more information about Brainfood Academy as well as meet some of our amazing teachers.

Needed Criteria:

This link allows you to view the U.S. Department of Education site. At this site, you can select your state. Then, see what criteria you need for your child to attend school, whether public or private.

This link allows you to review laws and regulations around education. If you have questions about registration or requirements for your student starting in school, this link allows you to see exactly what you need to get started.

Keep in mind that our guidelines are less strict since we are a private institution. If you decide to leave our Academy at any time, you will leave with all the requirements in place you’ll need to attend any public school in the U.S., should you choose to do so.

Your Guide To Learning with Brainfood Academy: Vaccines and Immunization for Schools

We follow the guidelines of public school facilities when it comes to having updated vaccinations and immunization records. Most private schools also adhere to this practice. It’s not necessary for an online facility, but since we are a private school, students can come and go at will. Since this is the case, students must show updated vaccination records if they choose to attend another school. Some states have exemptions to this legislation. This link will help you discover if you can be exempt from this process due to religion, special circumstances, and other conditions.

Your Guide To Learning with Brainfood Academy: Kindergarten

Kindergarten isn’t a required class in all states, but each state has its regulations regarding this. It is mandated that each state offers a kindergarten class within their districts. While all public schools must offer kindergarten, children are not required to attend. Individual states set the school structure and some require Kindergarten as a mandatory requirement to graduate. The following are states that require this. All other states require testing of academic status before enrolling in First Grade. At Brainfood Academy, Kindergarten is FREE.

If you know where to look, you can find funding for private, homeschool, and online education. At Brainfood Academy, we have solved this issue for you! Below you’ll find some great information about funding for your family and utilize this information as you move forward with education for your child(ren).

How to Get Started:

Open up a free Parent Account. Once you’re in, you’ll have access to the information for Brainfood Academy. Then, once our Student Accounts are ready, you can then set up your student account and enroll students for classes. It will be at that time when your tuition begins.
